PandA were formed in another lifetime, or so it seems. Over 25 years ago. Paul and Andy formed a duo, and called themselves Paul and Andy.
PandA, for now are a cover band specialising in blues, Rock n Roll, 60's beat, Shadows and Presley. However that isn't where the guys will end they have scores of unreleased self penned material to be unleashed onto the general public.
